Oklahoma's Oldest Law Firm Established in 1893
Bankruptcy Lawyers for Over 40 Years

Picture
On September 16, 1893, lawyer Charles Parker rode the train to Enid from Caldwell, Kansas making the land run into the Cherokee outlet along with 100,000 other folks.  On that day, or shortly thereafter, Parker founded the law firm that would eventually become known as Mitchell DeClerck.  We are the oldest law firm in the state of Oklahoma by over a century.

We take great pride in service to our clients, community and state for parts of three centuries.  For many decades the Firm and many of its members have held the highest possible "A" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory.

Mitchell DeClerck has long been listed in the "Bar Register" of preeminent law Firms in the United States and "Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys."

During the last century, over 50 lawyers have been partners in Mitchell DeClerck.  Presently the Firm’s members have nearly two centuries of combined legal experience.  Firm lawyers have a long history of service and leadership beginning with partner P.C. Simons’ service as the Attorney General of Oklahoma Territory, prior to Oklahoma Statehood in 1907.
