Lahman has written numerous articles for the Oklahoma Bar Journal and other state bar journal as well as often providing Continuing Legal Education for other lawyers.

His most recent publications were entitled:  "Bad Mules:  A Primer on the Federal and Maryland False Claims Acts" appearing in the Summer 2011 issue of the Trial Reporter of the Maryland Association of Justice and "Bad Mules:  A Primer on the Federal and Michigan False Claims Acts" appearing in the November 2009 issue of the Michigan Bar Journal.

His first article on the False Claims Acts was "Bad Mules: A Primer on the Federal False Claims Law" appearing in the April 2005 issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal.

Other publications include "Lilliputian Estates: The Transfer of Minuscule Assets" in the October 28, 1995, issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal and "Bankruptcy: Chapter 7 Plus Chapter 12 Equals Chapter 19" in the July 25, 1987, issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal
